Two Wind-Driven Clouds Merged As One!

Are we not two wind-driven clouds merged as one? Two hearts converged, is this not our treasure? Never again to part.

Years ago, I looked deeply into your brown eyes,
I saw a woman capable of compassion, love, yea, no teller of lies.
Thick and long, your brown hair highlighted red from sparkling light above.
A halo of light wrapped around you like the wings of a dove.

Are we not two wind-driven clouds merged as one? Two hearts converged, is this not our treasure? Never again to part.

I thought, “She is the angel sent from heaven, let my longing depart.”
Your innocent smile drove deep the arrows of love through my heart.
From that moment, I met you, I knew you were our fresh start.

Are we not two wind-driven clouds merged as one? Two hearts converged, is this not our treasure? Never again to part.

In time, two hearts merged as one. The warmth radiated like the sun. Skipping along on new fresh love, life all so fun. You opened your wings then bore us a son. Soon followed a daughter then another son. Challenge after challenge, some victories, some failures, in the end, our love won.

Are we not two wind-driven clouds merged as one? Two hearts converged, is this not our treasure? Never again to part.

Years have passed, My angel, our love fairs better. We float like the clouds far above the earth. Wind blowing us where it will, we are ever together. Our hearts merged in love let us fade together in the setting sun.

Are we not two wind-driven clouds merged as one? Two hearts converged, is this not our treasure? Never again to part.
