I never want to marginalize the pain and suffering of someone who was brutally raped or date raped while passed out. But, I think that many are reading into this song. As you said — which I did not know until now — this song was written by a husband-wife team. I believe it was meant to be playful and flirtatious. The videos that I have seen, the singing duet interpret the song as such.
