Our brevity-though often denied-can be a liberating reminder to LIVE.

Eight years ago, I was on a zombie-like march through life until I had a trip to the Cardiologist. Signing all those documents before my heart catheterization was sobering. I missed the bullet, no stints, no bypass surgery. It was my awakening.

Thanks for the reminder. I had suppressed my emotions for many years. It was killing me. Emotions bring color and texture to life.
