Is That Not God in the Bubble?
Is that God in the bubble?
Who is it that which brings sweet pleasures?
In the bubble, we forget our toil and trouble.
In the bubble, we belong to the moment.
Though the bubble is here then gone.
The joy it gives will live ever on.
The wonder it conceives in the heart of a child.
He smiles he reaches to grasp it.
He pierces the skin to hold the rainbow.
The rainbow captive in the bubble.
Only to realize he has set it free.
Dancing to hold on.
Before the bubble is gone.
Is the task in the heart of the child.
Though the bubble pops.
In the child, the smile will live on.
God appears in the moment
then like a wisp seems gone.
The joy that we receive.
Within our heart is conceived.
Is not God in the bubble?
