I read the article. From what I gather Neuro-Linguistic Programming is very similar to an Eastern Practice that I have picked up over the last several years — Mindfulness. It is about becoming aware in the moment. Part of the practice is to become the observer of your thoughts.

This has helped me with depression and anxiety.
