I love your philosophy and attitude. I know it works from personal experience. At 49, I weighed 215 pounds. After a heart catheterization, I decided I needed to change. I set up an exercise plan and change my diet. I lost weight 166 pounds and have sustained a decade of weight loss. I practice a slow flow Yoga for my mind body spirit connection and incorporate light weights and kettle bells for strength training. I walk and hike.
Recently, I was walking into an grocery store when an man probably in his seventies commented, You walk like a young man. I thanked him.
